Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order or if you have any questions about our products or service. Shipping Shipping is a flat rate of $9.75 for all orders up to 16,000. Orders over 16,000, please inquire for actual shipping charges. Orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail on Tuesdays unless other arrangements have been made. The weekly order deadline is 1:00 pm CST on Monday for shipment on Tuesday. All orders received after 1:00 pm on Monday will be shipped the following week. If you require faster delivery USPS Express Mail is available for an additional $25.00. Payment All orders are to be paid in advance via Credit Card, PayPal, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Personal Check (subject to bank clearance). Payments from zoos & other recognized institutions shall be net 30 days. PayPal payments that are sent via eCheck must clear before we can ship your order and must clear before the cutoff time on Mondays by 1:00 PM CST or your order will be shipped the Tuesday following e-check clearance. |
